Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

More restaurants and such opening on Chapel St which is nice, and now that the footbridge gives easy access to the Aviva area, lots opening up there as well. Traffic noise is not bad, occasional train noise, and some construction noise. I wouldn't recommend to someone with a car as parking is a nightmare unless you have a garage spot.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very responsive and helpful. Friendly as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are far, far fewer issues with AirBnBs here than in most other developments near the city centre.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been a fantastic experience overall. There’s a great variety of local shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, offering both convenience and quality. The open spaces and nearby parks are well-maintained and perfect for relaxing or exercising. Transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and nearby train and underground stations making commuting easy and reliable. Our street is generally peaceful with minimal traffic noise, and parking is usually available. Bin collections are regular, and the area feels clean and safe. Anti-social behaviour is very rare, and there’s a strong sense of community among residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded quickly and professionally to any issues raised, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and with clear communication.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the lifts can get during peak hours—especially in the mornings and evenings. It’s worth factoring that into your routine. Also, joining the residents’ group early on is a great way to stay informed and connect with neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my local area has its strengths and weaknesses. On the plus side, there’s a decent range of local shops, with a mix of independent stores and larger chains, though some could benefit from better variety. Restaurants and bars are generally good, offering a friendly atmosphere and a range of cuisines, though they can get quite busy on weekends. The open spaces are a real highlight — well-kept parks and green areas make it easy to enjoy the outdoors. Transport links are fairly convenient, with regular bus services and a nearby train station, but services can be less reliable during peak times and weekends. Parking on my street is often a challenge, as spaces fill up quickly, and traffic noise can be noticeable during rush hour. Bin collections are usually on schedule, but occasionally missed. Anti-social behaviour isn’t a major issue, though there are occasional late-night disturbances. Overall, it’s a good area with room for improvement in transport and street-level convenience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised issues. Rob Tom at the reception desk has been especially helpful and patient, always willing to assist and follow up until problems are fully resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One day I lost my wallet and i didn’t know where I left my wallet, maybe at public area. I was almost desperate at that moment. Thanks to Rob Tom from the reception desk. He took care of my wallet and informed me immediately. Really lovely staff!
