Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is really great for commuting with lots of transport links close by, they also have lots of shops locally including a Tesco opposite the building which is convenient. On the negative side there seems to be lots of homeless people around the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they always get back to you normally they are good but struggle to communicate their efforts

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really I think I had a good understanding of the area always

Excellent transport links, and a growing neighbourhood vibe with green spaces, and a sense of community that sets it apart from the corporate core of Canary Wharf.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been prompt, attentive, and helpful in resolving any issues quickly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing specific yet. The area and property are quite convenient.

Lovely Amenities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of shops around, many supermarkets, restaurants with different cuisines. The views are incredible and there’s lots of green around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They try to always find a solution and be as available as possible. Overall there’s no many issues around the development however there should be something done for the parcel room which is not very efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew about the parcel room, that could be a deal breaker for some people.

Manager response

Thank you for sharing your thoughtful review. We're delighted to hear that you’re enjoying the interior design, range of amenities, and the vibrant local area with its shops, restaurants, and green spaces. It's great to know the gym, cinema, and workspaces have added value to your experience, and we truly appreciate your kind words about our team's responsiveness. We also take your feedback seriously regarding the gym equipment, booking charges for communal spaces, and especially the concerns about the parcel room. We understand how important convenience is, and we’re actively reviewing ways to improve the parcel management system to better serve all residents. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for recommending us—it means a lot.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Marce! We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the facilities and the convenience of the area. We appreciate your feedback regarding the roof terrace and lift wait times — we’ll certainly look into ways to improve both. Just to clarify regarding the cinema room: while there may be a fee for private bookings, we also host free cinema events throughout the year for all residents to enjoy! Keep an eye out for upcoming screenings on the resident portal or building notice boards. Thanks again for sharing your experience — and a big shoutout to Darian for the great support!

Emilia is great! More events and less DLR disruption would be great

Anu (Tenant)

Sailmakers, E14

Apr 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects are security and convenience to South Quay DLR. An inconvenience has been the frequent disruptions to the DLR especially over weekends

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally maintenance is very quick. Other queries (lease related) take longer

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that maintenance could enter my apartment without my consent. I was quite traumatised when this happened once and did not appreciate the general responses we received
