Never had a rent increase in almost 3 years of living there

Middle of all the shops, brilliant location to get anything you want. Walking distance from Broadway mall too

Great, no problems always been great help with us whenever needed

Only bad thing is there's no space for children to play

Right in the centre of all shops including Tesco right across the street. Walking distance to the train station. No parking worries or fears of car crime as there's a gate and plenty of spots to park in.

Always been dealt with asap, friendly service, no problems.

The building can get really cold in the winter times

Location and development is perfect, good finishing overall inside the apartments. Maintenance available for any issues. Parking is quite spacious and would be good to allocate parent and child to make it easy for parents to park in a spacious spot.

Quick response whenever a maintenance issue raised.

Bars are a bit of a walk but shops are close and lots to choose from. Especially useful are the 24 hour shops within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Extremely quick response to problems and able to solve even if I'm away at work

I wish I had known how much parking there was. I expected to need to park in a specific spot but it turns out there was plenty of space to be flexible
