Amazing Place to Rent

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

An amazing place to rent, convenient and vibrant. Conveniently located in the heart of birmingham with easy access to local bars and restaurants and the best of the best shopping is available at your doorstep. The apartments are modern and well insulated and there is little or no noise from neighbouring residents. The bin area is conveniently located in the lobby and is open 24/7 and there is a co-co located on site for those emergencies.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

At present we have not had any problems which are to be reported, its been just over a month and everything seems to be smooth sailing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is a very big issue. I wish parking was included within the rental price, the only options are underground parking which is currently an 8-12 week wait alternatively you need to apply for an annual permit.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area in which this outstanding development is located is without a doubt the one reason why you should move here tomorrow. The Whitmore Collection is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city of Birmingham, the Jewellery Quarter. This area is vibrant, young and stunning. I’m in love with the marvellous water canals, with the countless choices of restaurants and bars as well as the modern and immaculate architecture. Everything is within walking distance, including the enchanted Brindleyplace, which is exactly what I wanted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

At risk of sounding like a broken record, I'm going to once again praise the neighbourhood. Safe, full of amenities, lively and clean. In short, extraordinarily charming.

What is the best feature of your home:

I genuinely didn't expect the development to be located in such a strategically extraordinary area. There is an infinite amount of amenities within walking distance. My absolute favourite has to be the enviable canals.

Well-Designed, Well-Managed, and Great Place to Live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been a fantastic experience overall. There’s a great variety of local shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, offering both convenience and quality. The open spaces and nearby parks are well-maintained and perfect for relaxing or exercising. Transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and nearby train and underground stations making commuting easy and reliable. Our street is generally peaceful with minimal traffic noise, and parking is usually available. Bin collections are regular, and the area feels clean and safe. Anti-social behaviour is very rare, and there’s a strong sense of community among residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded quickly and professionally to any issues raised, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and with clear communication.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the lifts can get during peak hours—especially in the mornings and evenings. It’s worth factoring that into your routine. Also, joining the residents’ group early on is a great way to stay informed and connect with neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very good located. Very close to the central London. Around are almost everything what you need. Lidl 15 minutes walk, Sainsbury's and Tesco by the Earlsfield station, barbershop, pharmacy very well done for any shopping you need. For myself the only thing what I don't really found and is not really a bad thing is like not having any bank Around or a pure gym how I do think the pure gym will be very well provided in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have 24 hours every day at the desk reception someone how to help us for any inconvenience, problems or anything else.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Anything to add here. The community is amazing ,very quite.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located close to train station and Hove shops. Generally quiet and modern. Poor back house management lets down residents and front house team

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Front office yes but zero follow through where it mattered

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the offers of free passes etc were largely nonsense
