Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is located in town centre, next to bus and train station which makes it ideal location. Visitors can park in a car park which is 3-4 minutes walk away. Bon collections are regular. Drawback is that resident have to pay monthly for car parking in basement.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very efficient in responding to our queries or concerns, and solving any problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Our appartment has good amount of furniture, but we know from our neighbours living in same building that they have got one or two chairs less than us, so be mindful you get everything furnished as mentioned in advertisement.

There’s a ton of things to do, so many restaurants and shops in close distance. The only improvement I’m expecting is a nursery or small supermarket for urgent necessities inside the development, and a new playground which I hear is being built.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately and always solution oriented. Even the questions I had that didn’t fall under their responsibility, Mustafa always got back to me with solutions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was afraid I wasn’t going to like living here, I wish I knew how happy my whole family was going to be as soon as we moved in.

Lovely area, countryside as soon as you leave the estate. Estate not to crammed in like new estates tend to be, plenty of space, not on top of each other. Parking allocated great. Don't use public transport, so can't comment. The particular road I live in is lovely, quite and neighbours all friendly, bin collection is good, but people seen confused about what days etc, so rubbish quite often left out in front of houses.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently, although with the new heating system, it has taken a lot of getting used to, but out of hours help was spot on and very helpful. The only thing really should have been we got proper face to face instructions on how to use the heating system and what to look out for etc. It is a brand new concept and not overly known by people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Really the bin collection days would be more helpful for everyone to know to save on rubbish being left at the kerb, but off the top of my head I can't think of anything. Will also be nice when the massive holes in the road down The Gallops are fixed !!

You've raised some valuable points that we take seriously: Airflow Unit and Patio Space: We understand how frustrating it can be not to fully utilise your outdoor space due to the fan clearance requirement. We'll raise this with the developer to explore if there are any possible mitigations or design improvements for future phases. Bathroom and Kitchen Fans: Thank you for highlighting the noise issue. We'll review the current fan specifications and look into quieter alternatives for future builds or retrofits where appropriate. Heating System: You're absolutely right—brand new technologies should come with clear guidance. We're working on improving our onboarding process and will look into providing face-to-face tutorials or simple user guides for residents moving forward. Bin Collections: We’ll revisit how we communicate collection schedules with residents, perhaps through a welcome pack insert or signage, to reduce confusion and keep the estate tidy. Road Conditions (The Gallops): We’re aware of the issue and are actively chasing up the relevant contractors to have this resolved as soon as possible. Great location and a quiet neighborhood. I like the fact that you have your own parking area which is big enough for two cars. Lovely parks around and nice walking area for dogs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I must give credit to Mustafa. He was great in handling any problems we had. And always quick to respond. He is very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I need everything was pretty straight forward. What you see is what you get.
